Bee Sharp is made by one person. Every message is read by a human.

The best way to reach me is by email:

Bee Sharp is a one-person project rather than a company with a support desk, so replies usually take a few days. Messages about a broken puzzle get answered fastest.

Reporting a missing word

This is the most common message I get, so it is worth explaining what usually turns out to be happening.

Every Bee Sharp puzzle is built from exactly seven letters, and every word must use only those seven and must include the golden centre letter. A word that feels obviously valid is very often one that needs an eighth letter, or one that is missing the centre letter. That is the puzzle working correctly rather than a bug.

If you are confident a word genuinely should count, please include:

With those details I can check it against the word list in a couple of minutes. Without them it is close to impossible.

Suggesting a music word

Bee Sharp recognises 504 music terms, and the list grows when players spot gaps. Genres, instruments, studio equipment and theory terms are all fair game.

A term needs to be at least four letters, use only the letters A to Z with no spaces or accents, and be recognisably musical to someone who is not a specialist. If you think I have missed something, send it over, ideally with a sentence on why it belongs.

You can see everything currently recognised on the music words pages.

Press, partnerships and everything else

Writing about Bee Sharp, putting it in a classroom, or interested in working together? Use the same address. It reaches the right person, which is to say the only person.

Privacy note

If you email me, I will have your email address, because that is how email works. I use it to reply and nothing else. I do not add anyone to a mailing list and I do not pass addresses on. The full Privacy Policy covers the rest.
