By using Bee Sharp at beesharpgame.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Bee Sharp is developed and published by Morning Sun Games, a solo-developer independent studio based in the United Kingdom.

Using the game

Bee Sharp is free to play. There is no account, no subscription and no purchase of any kind. A new puzzle is published every day.

You are welcome to:

• Play as often as you like, on as many devices as you like
• Install the game to your home screen as a web app
• Share your score, link to the site and write about it
• Use the site in a classroom, club or any other group setting

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or republish the puzzle data, word lists or page content
• Use automated tools to solve puzzles, or to place unusual load on the site
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
• Remove, obscure or block advertising in a way that is redistributed to others

Your saved progress

Your scores, streaks, ranks and unlocked sound packs are stored in your own browser, not on a server. I have no copy.

This means progress is tied to that one browser on that one device. Clearing your browser data, switching device or using private browsing will lose it, and I cannot recover it for you. Please treat your streak as something enjoyable rather than something permanent.

Intellectual property

The Bee Sharp name, logo, design, written content, sound packs and code are the property of Morning Sun Games and are protected by copyright.

Individual English words and musical terms are, of course, nobody's property. The particular selection, categorisation and presentation of them on this site is mine.

If you want to feature Bee Sharp in an article, video or review, you are very welcome to, and you do not need to ask. Please link back to beesharpgame.com.

Advertising

Bee Sharp is funded by advertising, which is supplied by third parties. I do not choose or endorse the individual adverts you see, and I am not responsible for the products or services advertised.

Availability

I aim to publish a puzzle every single day and to keep the site running, but Bee Sharp is provided as-is and without any guarantee of availability. Hosting fails, browsers change and mistakes happen.

I may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the game at any time, including sound packs, game modes and content pages.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morning Sun Games is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Bee Sharp, including lost progress, lost streaks or any interruption to the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where that limitation would be unlawful.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when I do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
